Titas is a director and writer working in Theatre, Film and Music. He has worked extensively in new writing and developing new plays. He is currently Associate Artist at Out of Joint. He has previously been Artistic Associate at The Other Room, Associate Director at the Tricycle Theatre, Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse, Creative Associate at the Bush Theatre, and a Staff Director at the National Theatre. He trained with directors including Michael Grandage, Roger Michell, Jamie Lloyd, Indhu Rubasingham and David Leveaux. As a writer he trained with the Royal Court on their Young Writers Programme.
He was nominated for Best Writer at the Stage Debut Awards for his first play Run the Beast Down. The play also won (joint) Best Male performance at the Off West End Awards. His new play The Basement was shortlisted for the Verity Bargate Award. He is currently under commission to Out of Joint and to Frogspawn Film for his first feature film screenplay.
